"I purchased my condo from Waypoint Development in June 2005. As a first time buyer I was nervous about the process of buying as well as actually owning a home. Friends of mine had recently bought first time homes as well and didn’t have the “best” experiences, i.e. had to replace appliances days after closing, scrambling to find reliable maintenance, no further contact with the seller for history of the house and/or building. I on the other hand had a great experience with Waypoint. I assumed the second I closed would be the last time I would see or hear from Waypoint – but boy was I wrong.
